Returns and Exchanges Policy
2.1 Returns:
- All sales are considered final unless there is an error on our part.
- We only accept returns if approved by our team. Please refrain from returning items until you receive approval from the Wedding Design Center team.
- The return request must be submitted within 2 days from the date of delivery.
- To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. They should be in the original packaging with all tags attached and not ironed.
- To initiate a return, contact our customer support team for approval before sending the item back.
2.2 Exchanges:
- Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items or in cases of an error on our part.
- Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, color, and style. Size and color exchanges are treated as returns and require a new order placement.
Order Cancellation
3.1 Cancellation by Customer:
- Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of placement. Once the order is processed, cancellations may not be possible.
- Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are confirmed.
- Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis within a limited time frame.

- We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
